witch hazel cleanser from walgreens, plus washing your face twice a day with soap and water.

if you're really paranoid, get a cloth or rag with hot water and rub it in with any good brand of soap and let it sit on your face for about ten minutes.

i guarantee that will get rid of your acne within a eek.. since you don't have a case like mine, it shouldn't be that bad.
